Built in 2007, 3521 Jack Northrop Avenue is situated within the South Bay region of Los Angeles in the City of Hawthorne. The property is an office/ warehouse facility that includes exposed ducting, private offices, and mezzanine, creating a total building size of ± 6,155-square feet. It is adjacent to the Hawthorne Municipal Airport, and part of the Century Business Center at Hawthorne Airport. The area is home to the headquarters of major aerospace manufacturer Space X. Other major area employers include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Amazon.

The Seller used the space to operate his two entertainment businesses.

“The Buyer purchased the building with the intention of occupying the entire space, but ultimately, agreed to a partial leaseback,” said T.C. Macker. “Which was serendipitous, giving the Seller time to find a new home.”
