Thesqua.re team are thrilled to announce that Sid Narang, our tenacious CEO, has been included on the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech 2019 list. Having built one of the leading global networks of serviced apartments that creates its own technological products to alleviate issues found throughout the serviced apartments industry, this recognition is more than deserved.
The Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech 2019 list showcases 100 of the most inspirational Asian men and women working in Britain’s tech sector. With 2019 marking the list’s fifth birthday, the recognition is huge and a privilege for anyone that is nominated.
This year showed progress in some of the nitty-gritty data with 41% of the people being new to the list, women making up 32% of the list and 33% made up of startup founders or co-founders.

To be recognised by such a stellar set of judges that have really taken the tech sector by storm is a humbling but proud moment for Sid:
“When I set the company up all those years ago I had big dreams; to deliver in an industry where most had failed, to put tech on the map in property and to demonstrate innovation that takes the industry forwards. I’m honoured to be recognised and awarded a place on this prestigious list by some of the greatest tech innovators out there who are not just a valuable asset of their Asian heritage but to the industry as a whole.”
We’ll be looking forward to next year’s list.
