Star Headlight & Lantern Co., Inc., manufacturers of warning lights and back-up alarms, entered into a strategic export sales and marketing agreement with Dorian Drake International. Under the terms of the agreement, Dorian Drake will be responsible for export sales in all global markets outside of the United States and Canada.
By entering into this export agreement, Star Headlight & Lantern, the leading USA-based warning lights and back-up alarms manufacturing company partners with Dorian Drake International, Inc., an export management leader, forging a new direction for Star's international distribution strategy. Dorian Drake will act as Star's global marketing and salesforce, with a special focus on developing distribution and increasing brand recognition. Officials from both companies expressed excitement about the new relationship, which will enable Star Headlight & Lantern Company to gain access to worldwide markets for its warning lights and back-up alarms.
