With over two decades of professional experience, Sheeba has certainly proven herself as an extraordinary leader. As a multifaceted Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach, she has demonstrated success within multiple industries that include education, financial services, technology and the creative arts to name a few. Additionally, she provides pro bono coaching for non-profit organizations. She supports her clientele by finding ways to customize engagements to best serve the presenting needs of each leader, team or group so they might grow in their response-AGILITY towards others and within the situations they find themselves in every day. Through executive coaching, she has the ability to support leaders transitioning from simply managing day-to-day to becoming exceptional leaders who architect change, innovation and sustainable excellence. Sheeba facilitates change for Managers, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents and Partners as well as Emerging Leaders through deep listening, intuitive challenging, and the ability to see to the heart of an issue. Her services include leadership training, workshops, webinars and 1 on 1 personalized coaching.
Mrs. Varghese received her dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Secondary Education and Mathematics from the University of Maryland in 1994. She began her training in the professional coaching industry with the Life Purpose Institute and went on to complete the Accredited Coach Training Program with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and has held the license as a Certified Professional Coach since 2010. Sheeba completed the Sherpa Executive Coaching program in 2015 from Howard University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and provides Mentor Coaching for professional coaches who are looking to renew or apply for credentialing with ICF. As a result of her credentials and accomplishments, Sheeba was accepted as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council in 2018.

Throughout her remarkable career Sheeba has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her coaching abilities. For 2020, she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine and for the Empowered Woman of the Year Award by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). She will be honored at their Annual Awards Gala being held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Aside from Mrs. Varghese’s successful career, it is the work she and her husband do, raising their two sons and supporting families to grow in both the practical and spiritual aspects of life that have brought her the most joy and fulfillment.
Through Donors Choose she aides with projects and needs for the classroom and has assisted students with decisions of post-secondary education possibilities. She supports women entrepreneurs through Kiva and her personal investments. Sheeba enjoys reading, traveling, decorating and spending time with her family. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two sons.
Looking back Sheeba is thankful to her family, parents, mentors, friends, and spiritual fathers that have deposited wisdom and impacted her journey during the various seasons of her life.
