CEO Dr. Randall A. Bayne announced that Eric L. Martin, Esquire., CFEE has joined the ScholarshipAuditions.com team as its President. Mr. Martin joined Bands of America in 1996, serving first as Vice President and COO, before being elected President and CEO in 2010. As CEO, Mr. Martin led fiscal recovery and institutional development initiatives that took MFA from a negative $750K fund balance and “going concern” note in its audited financials to a positive fund balance in excess of $1.3M. Mr. Martin oversaw a decade of growth in programming and participant reach that included expansion of Bands of America events and programs, successful introduction of choral, chamber and middle school programming, creation of a national affiliate regional program serving bands, orchestras and choirs, and the creation and implementation of new scholastic advocacy and equity initiatives and affiliations that made Music for All a highly engaged, nationally recognized leader in the field.
