While inclusion with the international Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only 15 honored IAOTP members are inducted into the exclusive Hall of Fame. These special honorees are distinguished based on their longevity in their fields, their contributions they have made to society and the impact they had on their industries. Ms. Davis will be honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala at the end of this year in New York City at the Plaza Hotel for this selection.

Ms. Davis is being recognized with this honor for having almost 4 decades of professional experience teaching elementary school first in Bethpage, Long Island and later in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Regina has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in her field. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Regina has demonstrated success, not only with her teaching career, but also with her poetry which appears in "Across the Universe" ( The National Library of Poetry" ).

Regina received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from St. John's University and her Master's Degree from Hofstra University. The President of IAOTP, Stephanie Cirami stated that “Choosing Regina for this honor was an easy decision for our panel to make. Regina has been an honored supportive member with our organization for many years, she is gracious, humble and couldn’t be more deserving to be inducted into our Hall of Fame.  We are looking forward in celebrating her at this year’s gala.”

During summer breaks, Regina traveled to London, Copenhagen, and Moscow to observe their school systems. Upon returning, she conducted programs explaining the different school systems she had observed while in Europe. Regina received extra credits beyond her Master's Degree for courses which she had taken abroad.

Throughout her illustrious career, Regina received awards, accolades, and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding commitment to the profession.  For 2019 she was selected for the Lifetime Achievement Award and Empowered Woman of the Year Award by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). She was honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards gala at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas for these awards.

For 2018 Regina was honored at IAOTP's Annual Awards Gala which was held in New York at the Plaza Hotel. In 2017 she was chosen as Outstanding Professional of the Year by Madison Who's Who, Bristol Who's Who, and Continental Who's Who. Regina is a Board Member of the Cape Charles Historical Society and belongs to the Red Hats, International Reading Association, Virginia Beach Education Association, and National Education Association, and helps to deliver "Meals on Wheels" in her community.

Looking back, Regina attributes her success to her training, perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and her passion for what she does. She enjoys reading, writing, and traveling. For the future, she will continue to grow as a professional and wants to continue to make a difference in people's lives in any way she can.
