PropertySend is currently sending more than 750 million emails per year to brokers and buyers through a well-tested and reliable sending infrastructure. Each commercial real estate email blast can be created using one of the company’s templates, a custom HTML file, or a PDF. The user can specify the exact date and time of the delivery, and the results can be viewed in real time.
“The most important thing about reaching this milestone,” Young went on to say, “is that we are constantly maintaining the database to ensure that these are active buyers, brokers, owners, and developers. We’re not interested in sending emails to dead accounts just to increase the number of sends.”
Buyers and brokers are able to join this list to receive CRE emails related to properties that have recently come onto the market. These users specify the types of properties and locations in which they are interested. Sellers can take advantage of the company’s commercial property listing services and several pricing plans to meet the needs of different budgets and campaigns, and can purchase email blasts as needed, or subscribe to send up to 4 email blasts every month.
