Point&Tag unveils DIY analytics event tracking for non-techies

The founders behind the unlimited analytics agency Hitmetrics.io, is launching a new analytics service called Point & Tag. The visual service allows anyone to fully set up analytics event tracking without knowing how to code. Track analytics events by just pointing them out – available for Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics and more.

Point & Tag breaks down the entire event tracking process into three simple steps: identifying what to track, picking the appropriate plan, and receiving a custom file containing the tracking for the events. Event tracking captures information beyond regular page views. Examples of events include user interactions such as button clicks, ad impressions, page scrolls. The service starts at just $10 for 10 events, with larger plans offering more bang for the buck per event.
