Plexus Worldwide® Announces New Executive Leadership in Canada, Promotes Ken Reid as General Manager and Hires Debra Porszt as Vice President of Sales

Plexus Worldwide (Plexus®), a leading direct-selling health and wellness company focused on health and happiness, recently announced the promotion of Ken Reid to General Manager and Debra Porszt as Vice President of Sales for the company’s Canadian enterprise.

Ken Reid is a seasoned direct selling executive with more than 20 years of experience in international sales, operations, and management of Fortune 150 companies, with a focus on nutritional supplement products. Throughout his career, Ken has demonstrated a unique ability to increase sales and profits, while reducing costs and managing growth. During his time at Plexus, Ken has shown his passion for building great teams, developing new relationships, and creating successful field leaders. In his role as General Manager, Ken will be responsible for developing teams and leaders, creating and implementing best practices and producing incentives that align with key performance indicators of the company, in addition to overseeing digital and traditional marketing strategy, sales events, and client relations. 

Debra Porszt is a results-oriented direct selling executive with more than 30 years of industry experience. She is also on the Board of Directors for Direct Sellers Association of Canada. As Vice President of Sales, Debra is responsible for developing new strategies to increase the productivity and financial goals of the company. Prior to joining Plexus, Debra was the Vice President and General Manager of Monat Canada, where she oversaw the advancement of sales, distribution, operations, marketing, events, and field training. During her time there, Debra grew the company to an $85M/year operation in less than two years, and increased sales from $450,000 a month to over $6M in just ten months.
