Maynard Neal of NERG Real Estate Experts commits 20% of his sales commissions to charity.
STERLING HEIGHTS, MI, July 29, 2020 –– Maynard Neal, president of NERG Real Estate Experts, is actively seeking local business partnerships in support of his ongoing effort to raise $100,000 to donate to charitable organizations. Neal is asking local businesses and Michigan citizens to refer potential home buyers, sellers, and investors to him in support of achieving this goal. With every sale derived from referral, Neal will donate 20% of his commission to the charitable organization of the partner’s choice.
Neal’s donation comes at no cost to each partner and will be made in their name. He aims to expand each participant’s reach through a referral network that builds and connects community members––all while giving back.
“It’s possible to affect community––to care enough and impact several people and charities,” said Neal.
Donations will be made in the name of participating businesses and community members. Each donation will be sent to a charity of the partner’s choosing, which will be vetted for compliance and legitimacy before funds are dispersed.
As a black business owner, Neal understands how important it is to give back and create positive change. In the first half of 2020, non-profits have seen charitable giving decline. In response to the current global health crisis and demands for racial justice, Maynard Neal has set out to develop and repair his community.
