With over a decade of professional experience in marketing, business development and start-up experience, Mylene has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in many fields. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Mylene has demonstrated success not only as Chief Operations Officer at VIAC Luxury Real Estate but in every position she has ever held.Her impressive repertoire of prior roles have included, Business Development Manager for MMA Insurance, Business Strategist Manager for EDF Energy, Business Development Consultant for French Business Man Matthieu Wincker, Emotional Intelligence Consultant, Director of Marketing and Business Development for Aquajet Miami, CEO for Miami Pro Cleaning LLC, and a successful Realtor and COO in Viac Luxury Real Estate, Miami Beach Florida.
Mylene earned her Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Management from Lycee Pierre Brossolette, her Master’s Degree in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from Esdes and her Entrepreneurship Certification Emlyon Business School. For 2019 she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine and was selected as Top Female Entrepreneur of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
Aside from her successful career, Mylene was always intrigued by Urbanism.She started collaborating with City officials in Agen, France who were in charge of developing the Agglomeration d’Agen.Mylene’s relentless passion and perseverance led to Agen obtaining more than 1.5 acre of industrial facilities available which created more than 800 jobs. It was during this project that she realized how important emotional intelligence for city branding was.In 2014 she wrote a thesis titled Emotional intelligence and Performance, which also led Mylene to become a published author: Her book is entitled The Emotional Intelligence Guidebook : For Successful People.
Looking back, Mylene attributes her success to her perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and staying passionate in all her business endeavors.When not working, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family. For the future, she hopes to continue to make a difference in people’s lives any way that she can.
