Michael Anthony Studios, Inc, parent company to Internationally renown wedding photography studio Michael Anthony Photography announced plans to merge the mentioned brand with the company's sister brand, Studio 23 Photography. To date, Studio 23 Photography was the company's associate photographer brand. The company announced plans for the merger of the two brands and stated that the merger of the two brands will help facilitate further growth over the coming years.
Valencia, California based Michael Anthony Studios currently owns 4 properties in Los Angeles. Michael Anthony Photography and Studio 23 Photography, the two wedding properties, Marilyn Lou Boudoir, and SoCal Headshots. There are no immediate plans to combine the other two properties as of this writing.
Michael Anthony Photography is a multi-national award winning wedding photography studio that has serviced clients throughout the world. Studio 23 was previously a sub-brand of the company.
The studio announced plans to combine the two properties at an undetermined date in the first quarter of 2019, and the company will continue to operate as two separate entities until the merger is complete. Clients of Michael Anthony Photography will be serviced under the Studio 23 brand with no changes to their current services. "Principle Photographers Michael Anthony and his wife Jennifer Loizzi will continue to photograph weddings, portraits and commercial work and will continue their administrative and marketing roles within the companies. The merger is designed to streamline our client experience, and to better service our past and existing clients on a continuing basis," stated Courtney Tomey, brand manager for the company.
