As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Janice has demonstrated success not only as an Ideal Life Associate Certified Coach but also as a Motivational Speaker, Professional Trainer, HR Professional and Health Coach. Her areas of expertise encompass Weight Management & Healthy Lifestyle, Relationships, Divorce, Family & Youth, ExPat, Personal Image, Executive, Career, Team Facilitation, Personal Performance & Development and HR & Coaching.
Her impressive repertoire of prior roles include many years of experience as an Executive Assistant for the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago, Administrator of Egret Limited, Motivational Speaker at local and international conferences, Soft Skills & Microsoft Office Trainer, and is the InterNations Ambassador – Trinidad and Tobago. Janice served as the Ideal Life Coach at an International Auditing Firm.
Before embarking on her professional career path, Janice completed many hours of training and courses. She received her certificate for Advanced Strategic HR Practices Plus from Cornell University and attended various courses at the Employers Solutions Centre of Trinidad and Tobago. After achieving her certification as a Professional Coach through the International Coaching Academy of Australia, she continued to further her education and became certified as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and took part in the ICF Reciprocal Peer Coaching Program.

For 2021 she will be considered for the Empowered Woman Award by IAOTP.
Aside from her successful career, Janice has had the honor of being an invited guest on TV talk shows and for special events at various companies and for organizations. As a sought-after motivational speaker, she has voiced her expertise at The Association of Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean Conferences which were held in Antigua, Guyana and Jamaica. Janice has also taken part in International Women’s Day and Sagicor Life Inc, where she spoke on personal and professional empowerment. Beyond all her merits, Janice has published articles in the Trinidad Guardian and for the Linkage Magazine for the American Chamber of Commerce.
Looking back, Janice attributes her success to her perseverance, teaming with notable mentors and leaders and remaining passionate in all of her business endeavors. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. For the future, she hopes to continue coaching with a vision and to guide her clientele to achieve a competitive advantage so they emerge as winners.
