This will help Inogic to expand its ever-growing diverse portfolio of apps that includes 11 existing productivity apps including top selling ones like Click2Clone, Click2Export, InoLink: QuickBooks, Attach2Dynamics, User Adoption Monitor, Alerts4Dynamics and its flagship product Maplytics™.
Rockton Software’s bouquet of world class apps specifically targeted towards Recurring Billing and Subscription oriented organizations has been the go-to solution for Dynamics partners and customers since 2015.
As part of the acquisition, Inogic receives the IP as well as the existing customer base for the following 3 apps from Rockton Software.
Targeted towards Value Added Reseller (VAR) community that has unique needs with regards to software billing and license keys management but is generic enough to suit the needs for any service industry that tracks monthly billing. Software Management offers flexible billing schedules, automated invoicing, manage license keys and renewals, payment reminders and penalty calculation. The app integrates well with Dynamics 365 Sales but also has the ability to work using custom entities to record transactions.
One of the prominent gaps with using Dynamics 365 Sales for invoicing has been the lack of any OOB automation for tax calculation. Tax Processing App allows managing Tax rates within Dynamics 365 CRM. With Tax details now stored within Dynamics, Tax is auto-calculated each time you create a quote/order/invoice. You have the option to either manually maintain the tax rates or integrate with AvaTax from Avalara.
Automate your recurring billing processes with the Recurring Billing App. It allows you to specify the billing schedules with support for daily, monthly, quarterly and annual billing plans. Invoices will be automatically generated based on the defined billing schedule. Automate reminders for overdue invoices and automatic calculation of penalty for unpaid invoices. The app integrates well with Dynamics 365 Sales but also has the ability to work using custom entities to record transactions.
