Ralf Tomandl named Executive Vice President of Revenue, Jessica Eastman announced as Director of Marketing, and Kim Fuller is now Director of Business Education Resources
HR for Health, the leading SaaS human resources software for private healthcare practices, announced today the expansion of its senior management team reflecting strong momentum in recent years, while facilitating plans for future growth. HR for Health is excited to share that Ralf Tomandl was named Executive Vice President of Revenue, Jessica Eastman will serve as Director of Marketing and Kimberly Fuller will take on the role of Director of Business Education Resources. All three were formerly with 1-800-DENTIST.

In his new role, Ralf Tomandl is responsible for managing customer expansion teams and creating operational efficiencies. In this capacity he will lead the business development, sales, marketing and educational resource departments to define and execute new growth strategies, develop innovative outreach for current and future clients, and create integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions.
Ralf Tomandl brings more than 20 years leadership and direct sales experience, steering both tech start-ups as well as multi product companies to success. Prior to joining HR for Health, he spent over 10 years at 1-800-DENTIST building and leading multiple teams to sell SaaS products and 1-800-DENTIST memberships to both DSOs as well as non-DSOs. During his tenure the company was able to maintain and grow those programs into multi-million dollar recurring revenue streams.
Jessica Eastman will be leading, developing and executing HR for Health’s overall marketing strategy to grow the company and increase brand awareness within the healthcare industry. Eastman brings over 15 years of marketing experience in healthcare, SaaS and advertising. She has spent most of her career in the software industry, building successful marketing plans to drive growth and cultivate outstanding client relationships.
Formerly of 1-800-DENTIST, Eastman led the B2B marketing team in creating industry-leading content and innovative campaigns informed by original research that drove business growth. She earned her masters of business administration with an emphasis on marketing from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Kimberly Fuller will be overseeing the development and implementation of all educational programs, including the upcoming launch of Dental B-School, an on-demand, business-focused learning platform for dentists. She is responsible for creating functional strategies and working closely with industry leaders, as well as dentists, to shape the curricula to meet the students’ needs.
With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, Fuller, also a veteran of 1-800-DENTIST, has been a leader of dental business content, educational resources and strategy. During her time with 1-800-DENTIST she produced over 40 nationally televised dental commercials and live TV segments, including dental makeovers for The Tony Danza Show. Fuller was also a key player in ideating and launching the DSO Leadership Summit, an annual educational meeting for the DSO industry, where she managed every aspect of this now popular meeting’s strategy, content, and operations. Kimberly Fuller received her CMP in 2018 and is on the Board of Directors for the Meeting Professionals International TN Chapter.
