Hollywood Production Center and 1010 Glendale have announced the newest program in their Virtual Summer Series. The newest program will be a How-To lesson on how to create a Charcuterie Board. The series will be hosted on Instagram. The Dimpled Cheese will give a live presentation on how to make a beautiful Charcuterie Board that you can serve for any special occasion. A Charcuterie board is a wooden board that has an arrangement of cheese, meats, and other similar finger foods like grapes and small pieces of bread arranged on it for guests to eat. Charcuterie boards can be a small dish size board or one as large as a dining room table. Our guests from the Dimpled Cheese will explain what types of cheese and meats to pair together, other foods you may wish to include, and garnishes that make the Charcuterie board complete. The How-To session will take place on Instagram at 4 pm on August 27th.Hollywood Production Center launched the Virtual Summer Series as a way to continue to enhance the lifestyle of residents while social distancing orders were in place. Events that normally would have taken place on the property have temporarily been shifted to Instagram until such a time these restrictions are lifted.
