On November 2nd, it was officially announced that FS.COM had expanded to open a new branch in New Castle, Delaware, USA. The address of the new branch office is 380 Centerpoint Blvd New Castle, DE 19720 United States (Tel: +1 (888) 468 7419). This branch was set up to help minimize the shipping gap on the east coast.
“Our annual statistical report said that almost 40% of our customers come from the east, north and south areas of the United States. So it made sense for us to set up this Delaware branch and warehouse," said a company spokesperson. “Setting up a warehouse in this TAX Free state will bring more benefits to our local clients in the areas such as Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C and Baltimore in the U.S., and our customers from Canada will also enjoy a faster delivery service.”
The total area of the Delaware warehouse is about 44,000 square feet (SF), which has over 2000 different products in stock now, and more will come in the future. The new warehouse will ensure that 90% of American orders be delivered within 3 days. What's more is that their new Delaware branch will offer free shipping (on orders over $79), and same-day/overnight delivery and pick up service are also available.
