Former DST executive, Nick Horvath, to join M3Sixty

FAIRWAY, KS – Randy Linscott, President & CEO of M3Sixty Administration, LLC, introduces mutual fund industry veteran Nick Horvath as its new Asset Management Compliance Officer.

Nick Horvath is a CPA with over 36 years’ experience in asset management and banking. During his career he has focused on compliance, risk management, fraud prevention and audit matters. Prior to joining M3Sixty, Nick was responsible for risk, compliance and best practices for DST’s Asset Manager product line. He established DST’s Fraud Prevention Program, Anti-Money Laundering Program, and CCO Support Services. He also led DST’s Regulatory Compliance Advisory Group Steering Committee which is comprised of compliance executives from their largest clients. He spearheaded several key initiatives including Patriot Act compliance, 22c-2, cost basis accounting, money market reform, FATCA, inactivity escheatment and other large new regulations. He successfully managed DST’s last five SEC examinations of its business with no regulatory fines or penalties assessed on his watch. He has chaired several industry committees, spoken at conferences, authored comment letters to the SEC and served as an adjunct university professor in accounting.Prior to DST, Nick was the Vice President over Stock Transfer for a large Texas bank.

Among its national client base, M3Sixty serves as the mutual fund administrator for Leawood-based Cognios Capital, LLC.
