Dahlby says that her approach is “not about protecting women” from experiencing the challenges that exist in the workplace, but rather, “giving them the tools and resources they need in order to handle those challenges.”
“I hope my daughters never have to deal with toxic male leadership in their workplace,” says Dahlby, “but in case they do, I’m teaching them to stand up for themselves.”
