Fast growing, diversified real estate Management Company re-organizing to manage growth and streamline services
Eugene Burger Management Corporation, a diversified real estate management company headquartered in Rohnert Park, California has been providing full service real-estate management services for almost 50 years.
Previously, the company, which operates 12 regional offices, delivered services organized from the office level.In January 2018, EBMC chairman Eugene Burger and Chief Operating Officer Steve Burger decided to re-organize the company around lines of business.Their immediate plan is to assign individual presidents for each line of business and to create and implement a company wide procedures and practices manual to assure uniformity and greater efficiency across the company.
Getting Organized to Meet the Future
Under the new organization, EBMC will be organized around these lines of business:
- Affordable Housing
- Market Rate Apartments
- Commercial
- Community Association Management (HOA)
- Rental Trust (single-family rental units)
Thus far three new presidents have been appointed: Teresa Pegler (Affordable Housing); Carra Clampitt (HOA); and Jay Kacirk (Rental Trust).The company is actively recruiting candidates for the Commercial and Market Rate business lines.
Efforts to implement the re-organization are well underway. Upon being appointed all three presidents made visits to local offices to facilitate their efforts.
“We have been in business for almost 50 years and this reorganization is one of the most important steps we have taken to better serve our clients,” says COO Steve Burger.
Once a procedures and methods manual has been developed, the company plans to develop marketing plans based on each line of business.
