With over a decade of achievements in her field, Dr. Nagin serves as an Hospitalist at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, specializing in internal medicine. Banner Thunderbird, located in Glendale, Arizona, is now a Level I Adult Trauma Center for patients 15 and older.
Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Nagin has received five-star ratings from her patients who praised her knowledge, compassion, trustworthiness and bedside manner.

As a hospitalist, Dr. Nagin’s activities include patient care, teaching, research, and leadership related to hospital care. She has more expertise in caring for complicated hospitalized patients on a daily basis since, unlike other specialists or primary care doctors, she spends most of her day in the hospital. Hospitalists often coordinate the care of their patients and act as the central point of communication among the different doctors and nurses involved in the patient's care. They are also the main physician for family members to contact for updates on a loved one.
Dr. Nagin’s medical journey began when she graduated with her Medical Degree from St. Georges University in Caribbeans in 2006. She then relocated to the United States to complete a residency with the Long Island College Hospital. To stay abreast of the latest advances in her field she holds professional memberships with the Society of Hospital Medicine, American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
When she is not treating patients, Dr. Nagin can be found sharing her knowledge as a Clinical Faculty Professor with the Midwestern University. She attributes her professional success to her family and working hard to deliver the best care possible. When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Nagin enjoys spending time with family, traveling, running, hiking, and yoga.
