BINGE Networks, a multi-channel media network and distribution service announces their new pay-per-view services for content creators. They offer any content creator, series or filmmaker the ability to offer pay-per-view content with a 70% revenue share to the content creator.
The company distributes all media content on 50 different SmartTV or set top box companies, helping creators get their content in front of new audiences looking to consume it.
They currently represent over 250 shows and over 4,500 pieces of media. The addition of the pay-per-view option on multiple platforms is a huge move to help content creators not only get the distribution they deserve, but also monetize their content.
"We wanted to create the Netflix experience for the everyday creator, so they can earn revenues on the content they worked so hard to create. Many filmmakers and creators don't get distribution contracts from the larger networks, so we wanted to solve for that problem" said Bruderer, BINGE Founder and CEO.
The pay-per-view service can be set up as a subscription based service or by individual video clip and the creator sets the price. All media purchases earn a 70% revenue share, paid monthly, which is a game changer in the industry.
