These programs are designed to help organizations increase their focus on strategy, improve performance, align work with the organization’s strategy, and prioritize objectives.
Cary, NC - July 21, 2020 – Balanced Scorecard Institute, in association with the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, is now offering live online certification programs. The programs, which BSI has offered in person for the past two decades, are designed to help organizations increase their focus on strategy and results, improve organizational performance, align work with the organization’s strategy, focus on the drivers of future performance, and prioritize objectives in tough economic times.
The new offerings include the Balanced Scorecard Master Professional (BSMP) and Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) programs, both of which are comprehensive and ideal for those charged with building, implementing, managing, and sustaining balanced scorecard planning and management systems. Similarly, the Key Performance Indicator Professional (KPIP) Certification Program is also now available online. The KPIP program provides individuals with the tools needed to identify and measure meaningful indicators of success in their organization. For those that don’t need that level of certification, BSI is also offering its 1-day Balanced Scorecard Essentials online. The Essentials class is a one- day interactive experience designed to help individuals contribute to their organization’s strategic management and performance improvement initiatives.
All the programs are based on the BSI’s award winning Nine Steps to Success™ framework and thousands of hours of consulting and training experience in strategic planning and management. The emphasis is on shared participant experiences, lessons learned, best practices, applied exercises, reinforcement, and support. The programs are delivered through a mix of live, online lecture and facilitated exercises where participants collaborate using an online whiteboard.
