The show is the largest trade-only marketplace for specialty food and beverages in North America, featuring more than 200,000 food and beverage products offered by 2,400 exhibitors from 50 countries & regions. Exhibitors are limited to Specialty Food Association member companies who have met a series of strict requirements and who have gone through vetting by all other current members. Specialty food are: “foods and beverages that exemplify high levels and a core focus on quality, innovation and style in their category. Their specialty nature derives from originality, authenticity, ethnic or cultural origin, specific processing, ingredients, limited supply, distinctive use, extraordinary packaging.”
