BEAM’s click-to-dial integration with Arbeit Voice allows agents to simply click on a telephone number to automatically dial it. BEAM will also disposition the account using predefined text to document the result of the call. This provides consistency across the organization when it comes to documenting call history. It eliminates the chance of an agent misdial. It also allows agents to comply with the requirements surrounding the use of an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) according the FCC’s 2015 TCPA Order.
