Paperclip Introduces Next Generation of Sustainable Changing Bags for the Conscious Parent

10/01/2019 15:00 - United States, Florida, Miami - (PR Distribution™)

Looking to a cleaner future for all, Paperclip creates thoughtful, stylish and environmentally-conscious products for the modern parent, and is pleased to debut its newest line, now made from no less than 75% recycled or reclaimed plastic, including ocean plastic. All Paperclip products will now be made with recycled plastics at a BLUESIGN® manufacturer. Started by two Los Angeles dads, entrepreneurs and actors, AJ Buckley (star of hit CBS show Seal Time) and Artie Baxter, Paperclip creates diaper bags with a self-contained changing station that unfolds in seconds.

Created to solve for the lack of clean, available changing tables, Paperclip was designed for the modern parent that cares about both function and style. Founded in Southern California, they are joining the fight against pollution by creating bags with purpose.

“The idea of Paperclip was conceived after my first attempt at an out-of-home diaper change on my daughter Willow, only to find out there was no changing station in the men’s room. I knew there had to be a better way. And there was,” says Co-Founder, AJ Buckley.

“We didn’t see any reason why a changing bag, or any product made for parents, couldn’t be great looking and functional at the same time. That is what Paperclip is all about,” says Co-Founder Artie Baxter. “But we realized we couldn’t create products that care for our children without caring about the world around them. As Southern Californians, the ocean is part of who we are. We knew we had to join in the fight.”

Styles

Their initial environmentally-conscious collection includes two styles in two colorways: black and light grey. The Jojo is a slick backpack is built for work, travel, and everything in between. The Willow is the perfect combination of fashion and function, easily converting from backpack to messenger bag. Launching soon for holiday, Paperclip will roll out an additional six styles with three all-new colorways. They are available online at www.papercliplife.com and Nordstrom.com.

Pricing

Prices range from $140 for the Jojo to $180 for the Willow.
