Rules & Disclosures
- When we mint your NFT, we mint 1 NFT for us. We differentiate it by adding “OG Edition” (short for originator’s edition) to it. We plan to use our copy for display on our website, but we reserve the right to use it as we choose, which includes holding onto it, transferring it, or selling it.
- Stock images are not allowed. Aside from your logo, any additional image(s) you use may require signing an affidavit that you own the rights to image(s). These measures are required due to the permanent nature of blockchain technology.
- Press Release NFTs minted by PR Distribution hold zero monetary value when we mint them. Any fees we charge are fees for our service of producing the Press Release NFTs, not the Press Release NFTs themselves.
