Dr. Jain is a board certified Allergist and Immunologist, by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology; and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is affiliated with Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center and Overlake Hospital.
His focus is the treatment of allergies, asthma, and other immune symptom diseases. He is specially trained in matters pertaining to chronic and acute allergies, as well as deficiencies of the immune system. He can determine the cause, whether it be environmental triggers like trees and pollen, food-borne like peanuts and dairy, the venom of insects like bees, or a medication. A dedicated physician, Dr. Jain’s medical journey began with dual degrees in medicine and biochemistry. He received his Medical Degree and PhD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 1990. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio; and completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Yale University’s New Haven Hospital.
Dr. Jain taught residents and practiced at the University of Washington Medical School in Seattle, where he developed a reputation as one of the finest allergists in the region. He has won numerous awards including Glaxo Wellcome Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology, he is a two time recipient of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) President’s Award additionally he was awarded the AAAAI Education Research Trust Faculty Development Award, this prestigious award is granted annually to only one recipient in the country. He has received several accolades as a physician such as inclusion in the list of “Top Doctors”, “Leading Physicians of the World” and “The Guide to America’s Top Physicians” consistently for the last several years.
