Mr. McKim is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success not only as a Managing Partner at Alliance Management and Co-Owner of McKim Properties and Coquila, but has been successful in every position he has ever held. Mr. McKim’s impressive repertoire of prior roles have included; PGA Head Golf Professional & Director of Tournament Sales for ClubCorp and Kempersports Management; General Manager of Billy Casper Gold and Partner/Investor of the Bookler.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. McKim has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For 2019, he is being considered to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals Magazine), and is also being considered for IAOTP’s Business Innovator Award. He will be honored at IAOTP’s 2019 Annual awards Gala, being held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas for his selection as Top Professional of the Year in Hospitality Management. He is a Board Member with New Britain-Berlin YMCA and was a Board Member with Charles County Veterans Museum. Mr. McKim also volunteers as a Mentor for Big Brother Big Sister Foundation Inc.
Mr. McKim attended Virginia Commonwealth University specializing in Economics and attended Ohio State University for Golf Turf Grass Management. Looking back, Mr. McKim attributes his success to his partners Albert Tomasso and Bryan Barrington, and his mentors Phil Craft, Bob Foster and Michael Tomasso. When not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his fiancé Kate. For the future, he hopes to continue to thrive as a business entrepreneur and to make a difference in people’s lives any way that he can.
