Clear Capital Partners, a merger and acquisition firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of (3) “Bright Ideas Enrichment Center(s)”; a Three-Star Rated Child Care Provider that meets Tennessee’s & Arkansas’s highest quality standards.
Bright Ideas Enrichment Center(s) are all 3 star facilities that have been in business since the late 90’s. Each Bright Ideas location is a preschool and child care center that has extracurricular activity programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age; offering a before and after school care program as well. At every Bright Ideas location, each facility has created a world of exciting experiences, while providing physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs for all the children who attend.
Currently, the 11,414 sq.ft. Memphis location has 35 employees and approximately 160-190 children throughout the year. The 7,446 sq.ft. Cordova location has 17 employees and approximately 160-190 children. Lastly, the 10,508 sq.ft. Bryant location has 35 employees and approximately 160-190 children. All combined, Clear Capital Partners has now acquired almost 30 thousand square footage of child care space, 87 employees, and between 450-600 children.
